the black piece can take any piece that isn't the king, and the white king can take all the pieces

choose your side wisely

The king can make as many allies as it wants

also white pieces come with DLCs star pieces that you can add to your team whenever you want

Also checkmate does not mean you win

unless you're the white piece player then checkmate works the same

Checkmate does win normally but there is a trap you can set up early in the game which when conditions are right the Trap can be activated usually when the opponent obtains checkmate this allows you to move your main starting peace to the start of the board and use the light of the past

not sure why they didn't cash in on these chess business tho, i'm sure people would have loved to buy real chess games with that design
