Here's a question: who owns Verum Rex: Square Enix or Disney?

While the SE logo appears with the "game", Square doesn't have any known patents on the property itself and it was made for a KH game, so who would have the right to it?

I just assume that Disney owns something if it's in KH and not explicitly Square beforehand.

They own Sora after all.
