There’s an option to get rid of attraction green indicators in exchange for formchange commands.

(Though indicators may still appear in certain battles. Most likely bosses.)

what are green indicators?

The random green circles that appear on some enemies.

When you hit them, an attraction flow will appear in your command deck.
