why doesnt kh3 have a coliseum though honestly

Also, the mob fight design doesn't lend itself as well to coliseum, as there are so many mobs on screen at once. It still would be possible I just dunno how good it would be
Basically put all the battlegates together one after the other and you have a KH3 tournament

If they should ever put a coliseum in 3 I hope they will completely rework it. I'm not a fan of how it was in KH2 and 1. At least for me, the mob fights were just 1 shotting everything with Thundaga/Magnet or Summons in normal playthroughs. And in lvl 1 runs I often found myself camping with Magic which wasn't fun as well due to the high mob density. I would prefer sth like Cavern of Remembrance or like the coliseum boss fights in KH1, where you can just repeat the boss fights, instead of putting unnecessary and unfun mob fights into the coliseum

Tbh idk how they'll do it. My favourite collesium was 1's but that experience was aided by its slower combat. Although theres the whole thundaga spam stuff when you are overlvled. But the repayable boss fights and lack of gimmick battles I liked

2 had too many gimmicks battles. KH1 had the time trials and Solo runs seperate

And also Pete was a collesium boss

And the collesium bosses weren't as cool or challenging.

Cavern of remembrance was a good challenge though

Guess 3 would need obstacle style collesium arenas like CoR

Hey adding collesium modes might be an idea. Kind of like Mirage but better modes and more focused on the games core combat
