Alright, a few things with that:

1- Re:Mind exists and is going to expand upon some story points and moments, it's not a rewrite but it'll improve things.

2- Game of Thrones ended, Kingdom Hearts didn't. It's possible that future games will end up putting many KH3 developments under a new light.

3- Rewriting KH3 is pointless. Game of Thrones's ending was bad, ruining many plot threads and wrecking characters and their arcs. KH3 has a passable story, it did what it needed to do.

And petitions for this sort of thing are pointless

how is GoT related to KH3 by any means with the dlc?

kh3 is more about "lacking in story" than having writing problems except 1 or 2 cases that would justify "rewriting" it

imo it just needs better pacing with a mid part and letting more characters shine
