It's eye color, don't think that has to do with limitations

I am glad Riku has more green eyes now tho, makes it different from everyone having either blue-ish or yellow color

Although would be great if it popped up more

Tbh green plays a part in getting his eye colour to that kind of blue

So that probably has something to do with it. They just went for a stronger green this time

I mean this was his eye colour in the kh2 opening.

There is hints of the green showing through the blue in both
