That's what really kills me about forces, it could have so easily been better

I was cautiously optimistic

Gameplay looked decent and the story seemed like it was going to have a bit more meat and go beyond the Sonic Stand-Up routine

And I was kind of right and kind of wrong

It's not terrible per say but it's not good, its gameplay is often clunky and unengaging, level design is mostly linear and unappealing, and the story is... laughable

And not in a good way

It's genuinely great

Threads the line between edgy and cheesy perfectly

I was fairly cautious myself

I suppose that's why I'm not super down about it

However I'm just gonna give in if the next title isn't decent

he worked on ff7 @ScaryWalrus hes one of the original people that worked on the og ff7 game and even had input and backstory for each characters
