@"Im a Also-Ran just like Xion" there's an anime studio called bones that worked on both fullmetal alchemist brotherhood (a "reboot"/extension of the original fullmetal alchemist anime series) that was extremely well received. bones also worked on soul eater, which was great but had an anime-only ending (much like the original fullmetal alchemist). the common desire of soul eater fans is for bones to give soul eater the brotherhood treatment (aka redo it but use the official manga ending this time)

that's because studio pierrot screwed it up, but i doubt that'll happen since the 3 series it got basically covered the full run of the manga

I saw every thing up until the 2nd seaosn, was there a third season???

first season was mostly fine, then the second season (root a) did an anime-original story that kinda covered the same content as the manga but like, not closely enough. then there was re which got 2 seasons and ended the whole thing. followed the manga more closely, but like, still pretty bad overall
