I have a question. Simba was first a summon before KH2, where he had his own world Sora can visit. But in KH3, he is back to being a summon. Ariel first appeared in Atlantica, another world Sora can visit in KH1 and KH2 but is then later a summon in KH3. Why is that?

Because they didn't wanna use the worlds again
