I love teaching my non-KH-fan friends about KH

I do this all the time

Square should make talking KH plushies, basically the same thing as the regular KH plushiee but with voice lines from the game as well as new voice lines for the plushies including singing and such

It could be based on the Christmastown world from the second mainline game, which in return was based on The Nightmare Before Christmas, it could be a musical special where Sora wants to spend Christmas with his friends in Christmastown but when they arrive to Christmastown, the heartless start to ruin Christmas, and they could stop them through festive song and festive battles, it could be either half an hour or a full hour long
