Lv 45 should be good. What difficulty are you playing on, and what gear do you have?

Am doing unchanging armor+proud run

Ah yeah, then lv and stat up items are going to be the only thing you can grind if you're having difficulties with any boss

There's no required level. You can do a lv 1 critical run, it's just up to how confident you feel facing the enemies/bosses

lvl 1 critical runs tend to break a lot of players sanity

I think it is easier in some games.
