How is this different from our parents calling games dumb and cringe when we were kids?

Why are Sora and Roxas allowed to use guns, but SEGA never allowed Sonic to use them?

At least they made the right choice this time and went with KH2 Sora instead of KH1 Sora, unlike in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. KH2 Sora is way more iconic than KH1 Sora.

because we actually play video games and know what we're talking about

🤔 it's an interesting question, truth be told I am a massive fortnite hater because it is the popular thing and everyone crosses over with it, but it does bring to mind similar situations in the inverse. As it's become more standard in the industry, I've grown ok with it, but the idea of crossovers like this bringing people to their respective franchises is one I haven't considered yet

Its just the same thing as when people look down on playing Cod or sports games. Its an easy way to dunk on people who play them because gamers just want to feel superior to others that their taste in games is better.

Hope we get an answer on what the native version of the collection does

I actually think each parent should get into the game in the case that their kid play it. Understanding the game makes parenting a lot easier
