All I know about the Japanese dub is that it's pretty bad outside of a few select characters (yes, I consider Sora one of them)

He sings mostly J-pop songs and anime themes

But I thought the Japanese version was the original version of the game?

Being the original doesn't inherently make it better

Anyway, what do you think of Irino's music outside of KH?
