I got so done with AC when I heard that they killed off the main antagonist that transcends the entire timeline in a comic

HOW

Not everyone plays every game they buy

some play for like the first 3 hours then drop it to try other things

It's litteraly 5 seconds after the introduction

Even if you haven't started the game, I guess you still count as a player

Lauching Halo on Steam, having to log in with my Xbox account, it doesn't leave the game, doesn't force me to open another launcher, it's seemless

Ubisoft, can you take example?

> YoshiP mentioned the game’s English dubbing is nearly over, and the Japanese dubbing will start soon. I translated YoshiP’s comments below as reported by Game’s Talk.

Woah what

They are doing English first?

> Naoki Yoshida: “We’ve been prioritizing English voice recording. And we’re specifically doing it in British English. We’re using facial capture, so later on, we won’t have to adjust by hand each of the faces during cutscenes. And it’s full capture, as in, the motion capture actors are also doing the voice acting simultaneously. Well, we’re not doing it for every single cutscene though. But anyway, that’s why English dubbing has progressed the most. The Japanese dubbing will start soon.”

Woah that’s a first

At least it sure seems like it anyways naminelaugh

I think it's a first for Square at least

Devil May Cry and I think Resident Evil usually does English first and Japanese later

its quite smart also

a good tactic for getting the english dub just right

It's gonna be hilarious seeing those morons go "but in japanese this is what they said, that's how it should be translated" when it turns out the English one came first

if it starts in english, then wouldn't it technically be japanese that's the dub? 🤔

They are also doing the mocap in English so I really think the script in English came first too

Oh yeah, the ideas were definitely in Japanese first as from what I have seen the main head honchos are Japanese

I don't remember if a scenario writer was confirmed yet, but with the director, producer and battle diretor being Japanese it's most likely a Japanese on the scenario stuff

They did record FF7R Intermission last year while Covid was going on but granted things could have changed since then

Everyone else: I can't wait to play Neo! Me: I can't wait to team up with Herlock Sholmes

dont this is a scammer trying to get people info. it happened in few server

yeah since theres a repeat

I played with a friend who was streaming Halo Reach

I really don't get the love around this frannchise

The OST is cool, that's for sure

But the characters aren't interesting, the story isn't either, it's just a generic shooter
