the thing i tend to like about projects like this is when the original creator is involved. you take a series like avatar and have some director try to make a live action movie out of it with no input from the creators, it's not gonna work. ideally, having the creator involved will at least make a project palatable (fingers crossed for the live-action cowboy bebop)
