Oh yeah- I brought this up yesterday, one of my buddies who legit had the pre-order thing hasn't gotten his switch yet, and Nintendo emailed him basically being like

"Oh yeah uhhh we're working on it lol you'll get it by or around the release date ☺️"

Which, #1, what's the point of pre-ordering then lmao
