I got so done with AC when I heard that they killed off the main antagonist that transcends the entire timeline in a comic

Hey every once a blue moon Nintendo does something right

Your disdain won't keep me from enjoying the game

Oh damn I didn't see that- shut that shit up DaZ; don't talk shit about Class Zero 😤

Me playing sonic frontiers

I am gonna get that later, God of War Ragnarok is gonna keep me busy

OHHHHHH yeah that's coming out the same day isn't it

i know absolutely no one here cares for it, but just a heads up that weaknesses are a thing in FBL which probably indicates that ability customization is returning to the series after being stripped from the arcade version

hype hype hype

How would that work on a rhythm game

Day after, on the 9th

previously, the 3ds games had ability customization and RPG elements like leveling and ability progression. it was mainly just a side aspect that gave more incentives to play well or repeat songs etc for more replayability that isnt just "im going to play this song again and get a better score"

basically, enemies you defeat can drop collectables. the more enemies you defeat, the more you get in a single run, etc

better abilities means faster kills

or if you're not great at rhythm games, there are healing abilities

but why is To Zanarkand a fking dlc ?

yeah thats,,, odd

I am curious how that works with the music then, does the music stop when the boss is killed or do you just keep continuing

not even DLC, its digital exclusive iirc

I am a Disney Dreamlight Valley addict... help?

which is ASSSS

yeah like wtf

no! no help! I enjoy being addicted to Disney Dreamlight Valley

nah its all being done in the background. your team is fighting enemies and just continues down the road till the song ends

Ahh gotcha

I played theatrythm on a friends DS ages ago and loved the hell out of it, along with MoM

So I am really excited for this one, especially with like 300 songs

in 3DS, a certain song would have a certain rotation of enemies and would just repeat after it finishes a cycle so you could set up to kill super fast if you needed to farm the boss for instance

Ah yeah, if you've played MoM it's essentially just Boss charts

except the stuff you equip actually has meaning this time lol

dafuq2

i hated boss levels in mom...

maybe not for me then

but yeah the reason it's exciting is because AllStar Carnival, the JP exclusive arcade game, stripped out all of the ability progression stuff and each character was locked to a specific set. and even then, the abilities didnt even matter because there was not much progression happening in the arcade version unlike a home console title

so it was basically MoM levels of worthlessness when it came to the RPG aspects lmfao

Also can someone explain to me wtf Ursula is doing here

She’s inside some stone and only showing her head and it’s creeping me out
