Something the most obvious answer is what's happening

not to add anymore shade to this whole thing but the amount of times audrey's translations are completely wrong is quite staggering and she never corrects herself after the fact. leads to much confusion throughout the internet because so many people believe her to be a trustworthy translator and source 🙃

She does great work, no denying it

But she can take some things very far and give people the wrong idea

From what I can tell, he directed the remake but almost all the story decisions were not done by him anyway.
