Leviathan was always supposed to be the lost summon as part of the mythos of the world

it was the fans that begged for more stuff that made them obviously have to bring it back

That's honestly horrible

There isn't even any lore to Leviathan, they literally just get a namedrop once and that's it

unlike 15, 16 was shipped as a complete story

this DLC wont change the story and thats a good thing

I don't disagree, but what they did with Leviathan is still ass
