This just after the whole microsoft acquisition debacle

It's just a partnership, not a buy out

I know, just thought it was an interesting parallel. Microsoft says "we want to buy you" and everyone freaks out. Sony says "we want to partner with you" and everyone loves it

Well, cuz that's the difference. One was wanting to buy and the other is wanting to partner with them. Two very different things

You remember or heard people back on 360 ps3 days when the mics were even more trash cause consoles don't have the best quality when it comes to it lol

From some stuff I have seen, the PS5 mic seems pretty great

Not sure if the Xbox controller got a mic in it

Yeah I should have clarified, I meant the DualSense

Yeah nah the Xbox controller has never had a mic on it

Although each console at least came with one to use, but they skipped out on that this time

the mic on dualsense and the 3d audio headset are clearer apparently

The mic on the 3d audio is not good, only use it for the sound.
