no. they only removed spanish dub after kh2 but the games still have translated texts
all square enix games are translated (except those focused in online like ff11, 14, khux, etc)

probably they ran out of budget for multi language dub

completely opposite. kh spanish fandom is HUGE
in fact, at least 3 modders you might know are spanish
