I am guessing that the symbol that Nomura said represents the story of kingdom hearts missing link actually represents the finding out of the story of the foretellers fight against the darkness in their hearts as contained in the book of prophecies.

Reason why is because the sigil that Nomura mentioned is a combination of the parts of the nobody sigil, the heartless symbol, and the book of prophecies with 5 pillers on top that are connected to each other.
