What form do you think Xehanort will take when he returns?

 

I think he'll return as Terranort with a Keyblade myself.

I think he'll be as he was when he was young like on the Island.

Master Xehanort.

First, He'll be back as "Terranort," then Terra will be freed, and we'll have Master Xehanort again.

I think Terranort with the Keyblade. I hope so anyway. Then, maybe like CrownKeeper said, Terra will be freed and we'll have young Xehanort. I hope so anyway. I wanna see young Xehanort like he really was, not creepy old Master Xehanort. Who knows though? When the two (Terra and M.Xehanort) were talking (inside of Terranort?), he was still old and creepy. But it would be kind of...uninteresting, if he returned like that. If you think about it, he's always been in a different form in every 'big' game. So maybe something new? Who knows?

I'm betting on Master Xehanort, and then Terra returning as himself.

I think that he'll return as apprentice Xehanort, then remember who he was and what happened and then regain his key blade, after that Terra and master Xehanort will be separated.

i think he will return as both terranort and xehanort. syphencing each other's strengths at the same time and using powers unlike any other xehanort incarnation because of the mere fact that two xehanorts may exist at the same time in order to explain what kind of powers they may use.

Since he became a heartless and Nobody in the apprentice Xehanort form, I think that's the form he'll originally come back in. Although soon he'll take to the Terranort form and then when Terra becomes free, he'll be Master Xehanort.

Terranort is apprentice Xehanort before he got a hair-cut and took one the apprentice coat, so whether he returns as Terranort or apprentice Xehanort it will still be the same person, just different hairstyles and different cloths.

But since apprentice Xehanort was the one who turned into a Heartless and a Nobody, it will only make sense for him to return as Apprentice Xehanort.

 

 

 

Also, why would he return as Master Xehanort?

1. Master Xehanort's body vanished into nothing after Master Xehanort took over Terra's body.

 

2. Master Xehanort took over Terra's body because he wanted a new, young and stronger body so that he could live longer, why would he then suddenly want the old body back?

 

 

Another thing, the chances for him to return as the young Xehanort we see on Destiny Island is even smaller than him returning as Master Xehanort.

He would return as Terra-Xehanort with a keyblade. It only makes logical sense if Master Xehanort is in control, hence remembering everything.

Terranort/Apprentice Xehanort was kinda cute. Just saying.

 

And I thought Heartless Xehanort/Ansem SoD didn't look much like Terranort, so I thought that might have been what MX looked like when he was younger (more similarity anyway, and also the same outfit), so I guess it -kind of- made sense. You know, with his being a Heartless and all, no reason why he shouldn't look a lot more like that of his original self.

Terranort mostly because Sora still has to save Terra. I don't like calling him Terranort though. Just Xehanort's fine for me, even if it does confuse people.

Apprentice Xehanort. After all, Ansem and Xemnas were HIS Heartless and Nobody. Then I reckon somewhere across the way he regains his memories of what happened prior to him being taken under Ansem the Wise's wing. And after a boss fight, he splits back into Master Xehanort and Terra or something like that.

Definitely Apprentice Xehanort. It just makes the most sense in my mind.

Oddly, with the scenes of young Master Xehanort, it'd be a pity at this point if we didn't see more of him like that, even for flashbacks. And think about it: If he actually got to take that form, wouldn't that just be creepy and easy to underestimate? I mean what if he introduced himself to Sora and Riku before they got warned about what to look out for - and he looks the same age as them? Oh yes, definitely want.

MX doesn't have a Nobody, because his heart went into Terra, so he has no Heartless. You can have a Heartless with no Nobody, but you can't have a Nobody with no Heartless.

I understand that's what the games have suggested but I still believe that it's possible. A Nobody is ultimately a body and soul, which is exactly what Master Xehanort left behind.

He didn't leave them behind, they were destroyed. As with Master Eraqus. Besides, Nomura has already stated that Xemnas was the very first Nobody, created from Apprenice Xehanort.
