Have you ever broken one of your game discs?

Have you ever broken one of your game discs?

Actually yeah :( Because I let it in an inappropriate place, and with time, it got so scratched that it broke a little...

And as a consequence, I had to buy it again, and it'll come here next week :)

never scratched any of my games .. but i have gotten a few pre owned games that were scratched .. bastards

i keep my game in the case when not playing them but i do remember one time me and my cousin had gotten this game from a box of cereal or from some fast food place (cant remember) but the game was so bad we destroy it. xD

Nope. I handle all discs very carefully so they don't get fingerprints or scratches on them. But it would be fun to have a bonfire to burn the games I didn't like ;)

I've broken a few, some important but some not so important, but that was when I took it out of the case xD I fail hard sometimes

My Brother Scratched His Sonic Heroes Disk

Broken, no. Scratched, yes.

Why the hell would you brake a 'good' disc?

I scratched some of my old ps1 and ps2 games by not taking care of them (FRISBEE) but never broke them .. and i take care of my ps3 disk.

No. I have a sort of ocd thing where I make sure my discs are well protected all the time (meaning I usually don't let others touch them)

Nope, all my games are in great condition.

Nope. Never. Unfortunately, though, I have scratched my KH1 and KHRE:CoM PS2 discs so that I can't watch the ending cinematic in the former and I can't get to the final boss with Marluxia in the latter. When I got KH2 though, you better believe I treated it like a child.

I don't break discs, but I have cracked cases :L.

Mine just get scratched over time because of my careless sister!

All of my games are in good condition, and it frustrates me when fools break their own. Especially when they're good dames, like Final Fantasy VII.

Nope, some have a few scratches.

But I have broken a movie disc from removing it from the box.

I really liked that movie too TT-TT.

Nope, most of my games are in still in the condition I bought them in. I mean, I'm really careful with them, but sadly, a few light scratches are just inevitable over time. :/ But if they're heavily scratched, it's only because I bought them used and they came that way. I've never broken a game, though.

Haha same here! I keep all my discs (not just games, but movies and music, too) very safe. I don't even let my friends borrow them (I know, I'm so terrible). If they want to borrow my games, I end up just buying said games for them as Christmas or birthday presents so that they don't have to play mine. xD

Yes, why would we do that?

there was one incident when i was younger, my brother loved zombie games and he'd play them whenever i was around, and every time i opened the drawer to get a new game, this cartridge would freak me out because there was a zombie peaking out of a door at the person holding it .. so i threw it away lmao

If I broke one of my games I would slap myself

That might have been Chex Quest 1 because they had that FPS in boxes of cereal! Also way off topic but I used to play that when I was younger and I once had a nightmare where I was up against a wall with a ROW of like pods, each with one of the green slimes in them, and I was one of them! Then I woke up from the pod and when I realized I was one of them I woke UP! Yeah it was SCARY! Also not important in a wide room in front of me there were 5 doors like from the actual game each facing like if I were to step foward out of the hallway unto that open room, there would be a door to my left, right,in front, and doors like facing me North East and north West! DO NOT READ IF YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT ANY NIGHTMARES A PERSON HAS!

Nope, I love my games and I'm very careful with them xD Even when other ppl touch them, I eye them to be sure they are doing it right! xD

Yes I have, by leaving it in a bad place- outside in the snow a few years back. I have no idea why I brought it outside in the first place...

A friend of mine actually left one of hers burried in the sand near a lake when the tide came in, her pet guinea pig pooped on it, her brother dropped it in a bowl of cereal, and it still worked! I have no idea how that happened...

My old Crash Bash game was all scratched up and I miss that game so much :(.

Now days, I have kingdom hears!!!!!!!!!! :)

(But I can´t se the full endcredits for some stupid scratch that I din´t make)

I always put games back in their proper cases when I am done with them and proceed to store said cases inside their respective storage area.

I like to keep my games in good shape. Especially collector editions as some dude will pay hundreds of dollars for them when I have been dead for 50 years.
