Here is my prediction

 

Translate text: 3-5 months.

Why? It looks that this game has a lot of text. Just think about all those Memoir features being translated.

 

Record voices: 2-4 months

Why? It all depends of the VA's readiness.

 

Edit voices: 1-3 months

Why? This game seems to have a considerable amount of voice acting. They may want to lip-synch the voices for a better effect.

 

Hire actors: 2-3 months

Why? Well, assuming SE wants the original voice actors of the Disney characters (oh, Olivia Wilde) , it may take time to convince them.

 

Promotion plans: 1-2 months.

Why? Even though a lot of gamers know about this game, SE has to do some promotion campaigns. At the same time, Nintendo could hold the game back so it won't interfere with any of its titles.

 

*Extra content: 2-5 months

Why? Let's suppose Nomura will include some extra stuff for the western audience (and eventually to be included in the FM version) so, it makes time to think about new ideas.

I'm also thinking about the first localized trailer. It could be announced at GDC or E3 or in between.

The thing that will probably take the longest is translating the entire game. There will be a crapload of stuff to translate! I hope it will still be out this summer.

So Nintendo comes to Square for a KH game and Nintendo decides to prolong the release so it won't interfere with their own titles. Yeah, makes sense.

I think it will be released in the fall. As far as I can tell there is a lot of work to be done left for the english version.
