While the other Kingdom Hearts games gave us great music, like Xions theme, and Roxas' them, I adore the original Kingdom Hearts soundtrack above the rest. I mean, just listen to these!

Awesomeness in a can.Besides just the soundtracks though, I prefer the original Kingdom Hearts over any other Kingdom Hearts games. Awesome battle style, great music, great story, and the overall gameplay was awesome! Of course, the commands like strike raid and such, and the camera got annoying sometimes, but It doesn't bother me at all. I just love this game! My favorite Kingdom Hearts indefinably.When the new HD remake comes out, you can bet your patootie that I am going to get it, just to play Kingdom Hearts again. :)Call me what you will, but I think the Original Kingdom Hearts can never be beat. That's hard to say, since I love all the KH games to pieces, but if I had to choose... It's a tie between Re: Coded, DDD, and KH2

 

I don't know why, but I enjoyed Re: Coded a lot with its innovated gameplay that always kept you on edge and a story line that a lot of people underappreciate. I also love some of the commands you can get for your Deck.

 

I loved DDD from the first moment I started playing it and it gave us all such a mind screwing. Mind screws are probably my favorite part of KH in general. The worlds were awesome and so were the commands.

 

KH2 introduced Drive forms. I could stop there, but it also had a great plot with Organization XIII constantly messing around with everyone, getting to play as Roxas for a time (The Axle/Roxas battle before Sora wakes up one of my favorites) and the siege of Hallow Bastion.

I think I have such a great connection with Kingdom Hearts because it was the first game I cried to, and besides Xions death, is the only game I've ever cried to... Kingdom Hearts was such a powerful and emotional game to me... and I can't perfectly explain it. The end credits music made me tear up a bit too I love this game too much.EDITI guess what else I love about this game is how everyone had a happy ending, the ultimate ending.

mine would probably be Kh1 or Kh2. gotta love those numbered classics!

I bet KH 3 will be 10 times better than KH 1.

I'm just gonna say it. I miss the work done by the Kingdom Hearts team. The osaka team is ok with the handelds, but to be honest I don't want KH3 to have the same command system as KH3D. The game was good, but the stuff that  the osaka team does just doesn't feel authentic. All the combos feel like the ones from Re:CoM only without the card system to make it more interesting. I just feel like they don't quite get certain things that are essential to making a good KH game. The combos of KH 2 were just advanced from KH 1 which still had pretty fast combos. I still don't know why the scrapped the cool combos after KH 358/2 Days. Everyone loved them and they worked well. But to be consistent, the osaka team is the one who ended up pulling the plug on them in order to promote the playing style of CoM only less frustrating. So I have to say that My favorite game is a tie between KH1 and KH2. Both are fantastic games and with KH2 FM coming out soon, they will be just that much better.

I think you said it all. But we have to be thankful to osaka team for  milk  continue the series. 

BBS was their greatest win. When it cames to have the best plot its BBS win.

I don't really separate them by game

I just love the KH themes, Roxas, Kairi, TWTNW theme etc

That list is in order of what my favorites are. DDD is at the bottom because it's even worse then Days...I can go on about that, all I can say is that I was severely disappointed. I made a review about the game over here.
