Yeah. Roxas has his own heart. The data that Ansem the Wise gives Riku at the end of DDD will show how to fix everything.

If Roxas becomes his own person which requires a heart. Riku just needs to use the data he got from Ansem the Wise.

Mickey said it would include himself, sora and riku, his three missing friends (Terra, Ven, Aqua) and the secret ending confirmed Kairi (it's titled another guiardan of light, it was short and only showed her face value once but was to add shock since the normal ending indicates Lea)

 

If anything, someone will stand in for Terra til he's saved, or, while in the Keyblade Grave yard, Terra's lingering sediment will fight on his behalf.

Far as I know though, Terra's heart should have been restored to his body given the destruction of Ansem SoD and Xemnas, so I think that Terra is back in his own body, but very weak and still controlled by the darkness, thus being under MX's control.

First, we all know that Aqua is in the realm of darkness, which is kind of impossible, or hard for someone to escape from, but the she will get freed by Sora because the hearts are connected to Sora somehow, and of course we wont forget in KH 3D Ansem the wise told Riku that: all hearts are connected to Sora, and he can free them all from their sleep, but all that sora needs to do is to be himself, and with that sora will free Aqua from her prison, or nightmare.

 

Second is Terra, and Master Xehanort is in his old vessel in KH 3D, so that means that Terra's heart is free now, but it doesnt know how to return to its own body, as I said, all hearts are connected to Sora somehow so he will return Terra's heart back to where it belongs.

 

Last is Ventus, who is sleeping somewhere in castle oblivion, and we also know that, at the ending of Ventus’ story, he chose to rest inside Sora's heart, so when Sora will free Aqua, she will open the secret door to the castle oblivion, and sora will return the heart to Ventus.

i played bbs and 3ds one more time and in 3ds

Xehanort says that already on of the 7 lights is on his site

the only possible light that can be on his side is terra

you know it when you see bbs and 3ds and what the young xehanort is capaple of

are for sure one of the lights you should know why yen sid wants that lea trains and after yen sid sees that axel can wield the keyblade

he says they only need one more keyblade user and if you watched the secret ending you know its kairi

we also saw in the secret ending aqua so she is also one of the 7 lights

and lastly ventus will wake up from his slumber

I did not put Terra because he is trapped in Master Xeharnorts body so he needs the most saving. So who do you guys are the last three lights?

Terra is in there because he is one of the youths Mickey and Yen Sid say that need to be saved. If he wasn't, then Nomura wasted his time with his and that contradicts what Mickey and Yen Sid have said about him. Terra also did say to Xehanort that he will be "shown the door" which means that he will get Xehanort out of his heart. Roxas won't come back because he returned to Sora. Even though Sora says he has every right to be his own person, Roxas says that is the reason why it must be Sora and not himself and shows Sora his memories. Lea won't be a light, but might free Isa (Saix since he's a Xehanort) from Master Xehanort's grasp.

Ah that's too bad~ I was actually not aware of that I'm pretty sure neither Roxas or Axel (probably Xion not either, thank god) would be a light....although I'd be super happy if Roxas was one... I just hope the KH BBS trio is a apart of it, at least Ven or Aqua.
