I keep them. Even if they end up broken, they're still pretty cool. Besides, broken Gameboys' make great iPod cases xD

I always keep my systems. I'm glad I kept my ps2 when I bought my ps3 preparing to be able to play ps2 games on the ps3when I couldn't play ps2 on ps3 but I could play ps1 on the ps3 which makes no sense to me why they would allow the ps1 but not the ps2 on the ps3.

This is what happens when people never use commas. I have no idea what you just said. I honestly imagined someone saying that all at once o.o

I always keep my old system when I upgrade to a new system. You never know if the new systems will play the old systems games. Plus, I don't think my old systems would be worth much. http://kh13.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/happy.png The older systems were practically part of my childhood. Ah good times, goodtimes.

Sorry, I haven't been sleeping for a couple of days, and haven't been eating to much lately, so I wasn't really paying attention. I'm watching this carefully now. I do not think I made any errors in this post.

I'll never give up my ps2. Still got crash bandicoot and I still play it on there ps2 :D

I keep my old systems bc there are some great older games i want the option of playing anytime i want and wont be playable without them

I keep my old systems. I bought a 3DS recently and have no plans of getting rid of my DS Lite (even though the top screen is all messed up). This occurs with all the other consoles we have.

Depends on the system. When I got my DS Lite and PSP 3000, I gave my original DS and PSP 2000 to friends/family members. However, there's no way I would've gotten rid of my PS2 after getting the PS3, since PS3 can't play the KH games. I also will keep my DS Lite even after I get my 3DS, since the DS Lite can play Gameboy games.

So yes, unless the new system can't play the old system's games.

i dont, im pretty sure i still have the old gameboy somewhere around my house, same with gameboy color, super nintendo, gameboy sp xD so much old systems in my old house xD

No silly, I always keep my old systems, that way, in the year 2050, when I'm long gone(because I'm 99 right now) my great great great great great great great grandchildren can make a fortune on the systems I passed down to them.

I traded in my DS when I got my 3DS, but I kept my PS2 and PSP for my imports.

well I traded my DS for a 3DS but I still have a gameboy advance laying around somewhere in my house, and I still have my PS2 even though I have a PS3. I mean how else am I gonna play my good PS2 games without it, and if i do get it, I will keep my PSP even if I do get a Vita, because again, how can I play my PSP games (manily BbS0

I would trade-in for a newer system if I the new system would play my old games. I still have my PS2 to play KH, and I have my DSLite to play my Japanese games (DAMN YOU NINTENDO AND YOUR REGION BLOCK!).

No, I usually keep my old systems, even if they're broken.

I'm stingy and lazy that way...

I never get rid of my gaming systems. Ever

I just have this mindset that they mean alot to me

or

they could be worth lots in the future ;)

If the new system can play the old games, then yes. If not, I keep the old system, too.

tutti frutti. I usually hold on to my old systems. Don't know about everyone else, but I have to keep the memories of the classics in the palm of my hands. Plus I like having that old school feel to the systems every once in a while.

I sold Gamestop my dsi but that's the only system that I have ever sold.. I just wanted a 3ds that bad haha.... I have yet to be impressed with it though :( I know DDD will do it for me and make it worth it lol
