358/2 days. Come on, not only was your heartbroken just minutes before when Xion died, but then you see the days before innocent Roxas goes back into Sora? Add Sanctuary and I'm crying like a baby.

Its a tie between Days and BBS.. I cry when i see other people cry : ( Plus BBS is super sad bc we know that TAV are STILL stuck in their individual pain till this very day still

KH2. I played the final mix, and when axel said: "see ya, partner." I lost it. 358 was sad, but I shed no tears. and BBS was sad as well, but not as much.

Days, all three of them were screwed over in the end and Xion "dying" gets me every time. BBS comes in second it didn't get me crying like Days but I came close to it especially when the credits started to roll and hikari or simple and clean started to play, those songs were like the icing on top of the cake of each story's sad ending. ;P

Definately a tie between BBS and Days. But BBS was a little less moving because it was all spaced out through the three different stories, where as in Days they just kept laying on the sad stuff.

KH1. Even though their reunion was showed I was still sad to see Sora and Kairi drifting apart.

It also wanted me to jump out of my seat saying "SORA! YOU CAN FFFFFFING GLIDE! YOU CAN EVEN MAKE IT IF YOU JUMPED!!!"

But Sora's sacrifice did leave me closer to tears.

Dear god what to pick?

 

KH1: Sora's sacrifice, Riku getting locked behind the Door to Darkness, and Sora and Kairi's split up was intense. EDIT Totally forgot about Kairi finding that little drawing at the end and drawing another paoupu fruit, just loved that...

CoM: The Namine scenes ("I never have existed anywhere at all...") always depress me, as well as the Riku Replica T-T Riku wasn't that sad.

KH2: ...only one with a happy, complete ending. Then they had to add that damned bottle...

Days: The entire ending, from the Xion fight to the Riku fight to the first day of Roxas in twilight town. All majorly depressing.

BBS: No one had a remotely happy ending, and they're still in pain years later T-T All sad, Aqua sinking into the darkness, Ven disappearing into Sora, Terra just sitting there as the clouds close up Kingdom Hearts...

Coded was fine. I was a little sad it wasn't more of what I expect will be in DDD, but whatevs.

 

So...I honestly have to go with the original, KH1! That separation does it for me everytime! but xion and roxas died I DON'T CARE

KH1. The moment at the end where Kairi and Sora are separated and Simple and Clean plays... such a fitting song, and BBS too D8

KH2 because Sora was finally home!!! I cried at 9 years old to KH2 that is the only game I EVER cried too, KH is deep man....BBS also but not as much but All three suffered and still are... how can you NOT get a feeling to cry?!

I'd have to say 358/2 Days. But it wasn't just the ending. It was everything building up and leading up too the very end.

Birth By Sleep is close second because it had so many endings and all of them were sad.

358/2 hands down .. Roxas' best friend sacrificed herself so he would have to give his own life to someone he didn't even know practically against her will, it was just a sad way for something to end.

tutti frutti. I would have to say KHDays. Both Xion and Roxas became close throughout the game, and for Roxas to take the life of Xion (I guess?), I thought that it was pretty emotional, especially the stuff that the two of them went through in the game. Plus the events would have had to have taken their toll on Axel since he was the main character having to deal with the both of them in some major way.

I have to admit I cried with the ending of the first kingdom hearts

because You broke your back , looking for your friends, just to be separated again at the end, that is sad i mean poor Sora.

 

My runner up is 358/2 days, cuz poor roxas, see one of your best friends disappear permanently because of you, thats hard

also i liked xion
