Does anyone else notice that in almost every cutscene Xehanort spreads his his arms wide and gets this creepy look on his face? Like, all the time? And does anyone else get creeped out by that look on his face, or is this all just me?

He is? Since when? Yes, I'm seriously asking that question.

No, not really

That's one of Master Xehanort's habits and/or personality quirks.

Every form of Xehanort has him looking at you creepily using his hands and extending arm movements dramatically when he talks . Hes extremely dramatic in how he talks whether as MX, Ansem , Xemnas , etc etc

But doesn't it get annoying after a while? Seriously, it's as though this guy can't find anything better to do than do the same hand gesture over and over and give people the same creepy look.

That's sounds wrong. Let me rephrase it.

The creepy old man likes to lurk in the shadows and dreams of the day he can have the body of a young man all to himself and gain the boy's heart.

At least it's better than saying that prior to this, he enjoyed playing with the heart of a shirtless teenage boy.

We left out his creepy fingers and who knows what else

Xehanort loves stealing the hearts of young men.

However you say it Xehanort sounds like a perverted creepy old man.

It's like sora itching right outside of his ear. It's just how mx is.

Xehanort is the epitome of creepiness.
