June 11, 201213 yr I don't know why this is even a Question? Nomura has always stated that this is Sora's Journey so minus Birth By Sleep and 358/2 Days we've played as Sora Mainly. He has always stated that.
June 11, 201213 yr If Nomura decided to have sora and riku playable in kh3d, then in 3 it's possible that it will be sora plus somebody else.

June 11, 201213 yr I think while Sora will obviously remain the main player, I would enjoy getting to continue to play as Riku. Riku has become integral to the story and hes just so bad ass!! While I love Sora I think being able to switch between Riku and Sora would be ideal. I don't think in the main titles it will ever be anything other than those two.
June 11, 201213 yr I would like there to be a main story of Sora with Donald and Goofy and a main story of Riku. There should be exclusive worlds for Sora and exclusive worlds for Riku so you dont have to go back to every world with a different character. I would also like them to use DLC for worlds that are not in the game but you can put them in.
June 11, 201213 yr Sora is always going to be the main protagonist in the main series games. But I'd like to see unlockable characters. Such as after world 3 you could play as Riku w/ Sora's moves, or after saving her, Aqua.

June 24, 201213 yr Personally i think that Sora, Riku, Kairi, Mickey, Aqua, Terra, and Ventus will be playable I love the idea of more characters think about it BBS=3 characters,3D=2, 358/2=like idk 13-19 and i know BBS and 3D are the only ones that matter but there are definately going to be more than one playable character And im guessing non of you have seen 3Ds ending sooo ill leave it alone Edited June 24, 201213 yr by Allpro11414
June 24, 201213 yr I would like mainly Sora and Riku, but don't you think it would be interesting if in Kh3, we got to occasionally go into other people's perspectives? For example,if we were playing as Sora, and the plot would get a small twist and we would play as Ven. And going into this, during gameplay against a boss(against a character designed by Nomura, not the characters from actual Disney movies or the regular enemies of KH3) we could play as the enemy for a bit, but not enough to make it too hard to beat. So if we were playing as Sora against Vanitas, then we could use something like a drop gauge that let's us switch to play as the enemy. Because you are also playing as the enemy, either we wouldn't play as them enough to make it impossible to beat, or different outcomes could occur and add to the story.
July 5, 201213 yr I see it as Sora will have most, if not all, of the game play. The only person I can see us playing as is Riku. Maybe a mash-up of BBS and 3D where you can choose who to play as, but this time you need to make it up to a certain point in Sora's story before you start Riku's episode, and back and forth and so on. But as of right now i see us mainly playing as Sora same as 1 and 2
July 10, 201213 yr tutti frutti. I would like to be able to play as different characters in KH3. I liked how BBS did that and we got to see the perspectives between Terra, Aqua, and Ven in what happened during the events of the game. I would think that with everyone doing what needs to be done, whether good or bad, I would like to be able to play as that character in order to get more of an idea on what they do to do their part.
July 10, 201213 yr I would like to play as Sora,but i would like to play with everyone again! We need something like drop gauge,but only changes at some point. Sora and Riku is enough to play in 3.
July 28, 201213 yr I can see Nomura having us play as more than one character since BBS and DDD were main games. I think it will be Sora and Riku in the beginning and if we do save Aqua, Terra and Ven then they should be characters we unlock or have in DLC or something.
July 30, 201213 yr what I know is that versus has a battle system like KH and you are able to switch between the characters in FF13 you have 6 Characters and later you can play with the character(s) you like in FF13-2 you can decide who the leader is so for KH3 it would be nice if you can decide which character you want to play or a story like BbS but I think you have to play as Sora (he's the main protagonist after all) and have supporters like Goofy and Donald in KH 1 and 2 Edited July 30, 201213 yr by Mila

July 30, 201213 yr Sora. But I would like to see an FF type party mechanic were we have a full party of 6-8 people and can switch out Sora's companions. World-Specific party members could be like guest characters where they follow and fight along with the main party but you can't change their A.I. behavior.
