First things first. I don't care if you've seen this topic multiple times, so comment on it with "Everyone's posted this so stop doing it" cause I've never seen a post regarding it...then again I'm not on this site that much so if you're annoyed by me posting this then leave and don't comment on it now, on to the topic. What I want to know is are there any plans regarding Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep to be released on the PS3? I've beaten BBS and can't help but think it would be more entertaining on the PS3. Plus it would have much better graphics, trophies would be added, probably a better online experience, and just some tweaks to improve it. What do you guys think? I really hope it happens...but I know it probably wont

There is no point in a BBS on PS3. I just want KH3 on PS3

We all want a Kingdom Hearts HD collection containing every Kingdom Hearts game released on a SONY console. But there has been announcement of one. Only rumours. Although in a matter of speaking Nomura has said he has an interest in the tech used.

 

Final Fantasy X HD was announced for a release on the PlayStation 3 and PS Vita in 2011. Confirming Square Enix are fully capable of it, and want to release HD remasters.

Seeing as though you're hardly here and BBS is an old game now, meaning no news unless there's something related to it, it would be best to check the BBS section in the homepage. So sit back, relax, and enjoy a short read.

There is no news yet but hopefully there will be an announcement by the end of this year for the HD collection because the Tokyo Game Show is toward the end of the summer.

It's not impossible, PSP titles such as those two God of War games and Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker have been given the HD treatment and as mentioned above SE are capable of doing the HD remasters like they are with FFX, but we all know how SE are and they most likely won't for another few years (if they do that is).

Think of it being a Final Mix released on the PS3, if they did it I doubt it would be identical to the original

I would want an HD collection for Birth By Sleep Final Mix, KH final mix, And KHII Final Mix+. Because the English versions are WAY too boring, easy, and I feel Sephiroth is WAY too easy. And They explain more. The part in Kingdom Hearts II, where it shows some hooded guy shooting lightning at Sora that everyone wondered "what the firetruck?" happens in the Final Mix only. It was Xemnas. If they don't use the Final Mix versions I will be PISSED at Square Enix and see them as FUKIN' awesome. At least the Kingdom hearts crew anyways.

I would not only like to see a remade version of Birth By Sleep, I believe it's fairly important that one is made. I see the game for the Kingdom Hearts series what Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater was for the MGS series in terms of plot; both are prequels, both introduce new characters and clarify the origins of some others, and both started plot lines that were concluded or referenced throughout the rest of their respective series. They're prequels that have done more for their stories than other spin offs (Coded). For the sake of coherency, people should be given a wide, console-release that allows them to experience such an important part of KH canon.

 

The hindering point of course is that MGS3 was a console game to begin with, whereas BBS was a PSP title and would require more effort on Square's part. I would love to see a nice, fat HD collection chock-full of final mixes and portable remakes, but I won't hold my breathe. Here's hoping they announce something nice at TGS!

You can play online BBS through your psp (you'll use the connection and the lobbies but still be using the controls of your PSP)

I want KH1+2 remastered for PS3, along with RE:COM (cause Europe was left out and I want it D: )

and KH3, cause I won't be able to afford any more consoles til I end up getting a job after uni. Imma live on tesco's noodles for 4 years.
