Here are my 3 theories as to why Meowjesty is so large:

 

1. Because there's more of him to love.

2. He ate the other Xehanorts MX created.

3. Sora gave him a balloon as food and he swelled up to epic proportions.

 

Either way, Meowjesty is awesome
