What do you think was the most painful death in the series? This can be for either cutscenes or gameplay-wise.

 

I think in cutscenes Vexen's was pretty bad. That fire looked rather painful. Then again, Axel's lines made the scene hilarious.

 

In gameplay, I think in 3D when Sora gets hit by the Ace Iceguin's ice shards. I was playing and I died and you could seen the shard come up from the ground and plunge through Sora's back in slow motion. I winced watching it.

Zexions. the guy got stabbed through, battled, stabbed through again, choked, and drained of life energy and abilities

Hmm, I'd probably say Vexen's as well. He literally burnt to death, not to mention he was probably the most scared of dying than any other of the characters that have died, which makes it only worse.

 

Also, I'll add in Goofy's "death" in KHII, a boulder to the head would not be very pleasant.

Anything thats being hit with the keyblade. i mean,, your pretty much being constantly beet with a medal bat.

Vexen's, but not that chizzy version in ReCoM. I mean when Axel executed him in the original Chain of Memories. That was just... great.

Xemnas. Did you see the look on his face as the light shot right through his body? Ya that's penetration.

Being serious, Xemnas. His death goes on for a good portion of an hour. He is slashed and magicked to death by Sora by himself (Possible with a form in FM) he then proceeds to have the same done sveral times overwith Sora, along with Riku, and sometimes Donald and Goofy. And then is BRUTALIZED in the final battle.

Clayton - Everyone forget this one? Getting crushed to death by a massive Heartless after getting beaten up? Doesn't seem like fun to me. Also, unlike every other villain HE DOESN'T COME BACK. And yeah, I know why he doesn't out of universe, but still.
