I definetely bought the game for both.

I didn't have knowledge of the story before I bought it and I didn't know much about the gameplay either.

But now I have they're both wonderful.

One of the reasons why I love kingdom Hearts is the message. You should add that.

I got it for both. I was dying to see how the story was going to unfold and I was really excited to try out the flowmotion.

Both. Like all KH games, the appeal is not just the fun, chaotic game-play or the over the top story, but the combination of the two.

I bought it because it's a Kingdom Hearts game. Owo. But if I had to choose the gameplay is what made it likable for me

Hey, I fixed the poll. For those interested.

I absolutely had to have this game for the story, plus all the extras that came with the mark of mastery edition, and the fact that all KH games(Re:Coded-KH1) I've played before this one were either borrowed or emulated, I felt like I had to buy this one, it doesn't feel right to call myself an avid fan of the series w/o even purchasing any of their games.

 

The BBS-esque command deck system and flowmotion along with the rest of the gameplay was just an added bonus

I bought this game for the lulz.

I honestly buy every Kingdom Hearts game for it's story. Don't get me wrong, the gameplay is also epic, but what I always look forward to in every KH game is it's engaging story. Nuff said. ^^

Mostly the story, but if that was the only part I was interested in, I would have wacthed a Let's play.

Both. It was fun, while the story got more interesting as it progressed.

I bought it for the fact that it's KH and KH is supreme. Fact of life.
