uhmm well idk how rare this is but.... one time i randomly decided to check my pokemon diamond since it was collecting dust... and like 5 mins in i encounter a shiny ponyta! caught it and its sadly my only shiny to date..... (not counting events, ingame given shinies ex: red gyrados)

I should have stated, by "Rarest", I meant "by chance". Stuff that you get after certain criteria don't really count since you are certain to get them if you follow said criteria, such as Keyblades.
