Dat opening... Dat figure... Me gusta. (Well the face is rather off...)

Oh darn wallet is empty due to 2014's amazing releases.

Edit: Next figure will be Blake, by the end of June. Assuming the Toy Fair dates are accurate, although it was spot on with Weiss.

Collected some screenshots from the opening that gives us some interesting information.

Sun's team

Posted Image

Looks like we've got a monkey, a snake, a black guy, and a gunner

Velvet's team

Posted Image

Looks like a [machine] gunner, a guy who could be a beetle faunus and likely fights similarly to Yang, Velvet was confirmed a mage, and the big guy seems to have a weapon similar to Pyrrha's or Sun's.

Posted Image

And lastly is Penny's... Organization.

Posted Image

There's the leader, assumably some military businessman, considering Penny's "Combat Readiness." There are generic soldiers in addition to the Red and the Blue ones (we all get that reference) and are assumably the Boss's guards. That man and woman I want to say are more or less Penny's "parents" and at least supervise if not designed her.

What do you all think?

Look at that fashion sense on Pyrrha. Look at those colors. LOOK AT THEM!

So Monty just tweeted out a question

"Longer episodes this year? Yes or YES"

I think we all know what this means

WAsn't it already confirmed that each episode will run for 12mins now? Unless Monty is actually telling us that has changed now.

Hello, everbody, Firaga Sensei here. I know that I don't really talk too much on this thread compared to the other fans of this series on the site, but I'm here today to drop some knowledge on something that relates to RWBY and that I feel strongly about.

Now I can say in my honest opinion that RWBY is a good show. However, I can also say that RWBY, nor will it ever will be, no matter the discussion, the debate, the arguments, or the flames, by matter of definition, and stone cold FACT that people just love to ignore...

IS. NOT. AN. ANIME.

I am sick as all hell of people claiming that this product is something that it is NOT. It's not that I can't stand the fact that they have their own opinion; I can give less of a shit towards people who want to believe this is an anime. No problem in the slightest.

HOWEVER. When a person outright says that this is an anime, a term by definition meaning "Japanese product", that is where I draw the damn line.

I don't care for the people that are going to say the tired sayings that "anime doesn't mean Japanese animation", "anime is only perceived by only Japanese in the West", "the style is used in other forms of animation" because the stone cold fact is that "anime" BY FREAKING DEFINITION is Japanese animation. DEFINITION. No technicalities, no arguments, no freaking bullshit. It doesn't matter if somebody uses the freaking style of anime, code-word "style". ts NOT an anime. It doesn't matter if it was made in Amercia, Europe, or any other place, its NOT an anime. Freaking hell, not only RWBY, but Teen Titans, Avatar, Code Lyoko, Totally Spies, and other shows like this are ALL DEFINED as being influenced by the anime style. Other than that, they're all shows classified as *insert country that's not Japan)-made television series, or dare I say CARTOONS. RWBY, specifically, is a web series. A WEB SERIES. A web series that FOR SOME REASON needs a Japanese dub b/c, well, the only answer I can think of is WEEABOOS.

We can agree to disagree though, right? Right.

Doubt Red would come here, he isn't into Rwby. Yes I added this back, I don't see how this part needed editing, neither am I trying to start anything.

Anyways... I actually haven't brought Blake yet, I want to wait in case e3 announces a game that might hook me up and release date turns up a few months from now. If nothing too interesting shows up, I'll buy her.

Personally I think MF did a better job with her than the rest, or on par with Ruby.

Hey you'd be bothered too if people tried shoving this down your world hole. I'm just Saiyan.

Well sometimes ignoring doesn't work. Believe me. :/

I usually dun say anything, but if someone continues to try to shove an idea down my throat: "I'm sorry, were you still talking?" or "What was that? I wasn't listening."

Hmm, I see. The "I don't give a shit" approach. I respect that.

Anime or not Nora is going to be that one Kawaii character  who becomes the main character of the show! Look out Madoka or the PowerPuff Girls, there's a new hero in town! >D
