I think when they make an HD port for KH2 (whether it be bundled with BBS or whatever), they'll call it something else entirely.

Yeah that's true, then I guess you could call it 2.5... I just don't really seeing it be called 2.5 though unless it had 3D (or at the very least the cutscenes from 3D)

Maybe it's KH2 + .5 extra content

He got a point there, I mean they called it KH1,5 cuz it include everything after kh1 until what is before kh2.

Having KH2,5 doesn't make sense if it wont have EVERYTHING between KH2 and KH3 (KH3D and KHCoded).

It'll probably be KH 2.5 ReMIX + and include a BBS port or something

Its probably going to contain KH2, Coded, and some Vids from Birth by Sleep. OR something similar. It's probably not going to be JUST KH2.

yeah you have a good point, it can't be sure that the next is gonna be named 2.5

 

only if they add KH3D to the KHII, it could be 2.5

If it included Coded it would make sense though.

Personally, I agree with what everyone's said. I'm sure Coded and DDD will be represented with 2.5 in some way.

 

Plus, you have to remember if BbS is included with it (which it most likely will be), though BbS is a prequel to the series... Well, it connects to the future, and setup things like what happened in 3D. Personally, this is why I think it wasn't included with 1.5 (besides the fact they'd probably need to take the time to port it over). Also, the secret ending of BbS took place after KH2, so I guess it all makes sense when you look at it that way.

 

And who knows? Maybe Kinode's right and BbSV2 will be included in someway. And/or maybe there will be some preview of KH3 in it. That alone could sort of justify the 2.5 title. Anyway...

Well, if you think back to the way BBS was at the beginning, you could almost view it all as a flashback of the characters. There is that statement "That was the last night we would ever be beneath the same stars." which leads me to see it as a past event. And Aqua meeting Ansem in the RoD could be what is present day, and therefore, .5 of 2.5

actually, coded comes after Kh2 and it is important like: if it didn't happen sora wouldn't know that he has to call on the memories and Pete and maleficent want the data world that probably is going to make a appearance at some point in the series and mickey wouldn't have known to be looking for ven and terra and aqua and some other stuff. so it might come with cutscenes from coded and BBS or BBSFM or maybe a new mini-game from DDD.

The only thing that was really important about Days was nothing because it got erased from existence.

"1.5" is just a number so "2.5" is one, too

it doesn't really matter which number is used, but it wouldn't make sense when the 1st collection is called 1.5 and the 2nd not 2.5

 

when 2.5 comes it will contain KH II FM, of course

because 1.5 has 2 games 2.5 will contain BbS as the 2nd full game (BbS was/is a possible HD Remaster title for PSP to PS3 game and it's like a main game => KH 0)

I think they will only put a trailer or something like a summary into the collection...when there'll be something from DDD
