January 1, 201313 yr I liked 5D's the best. It was the first one I saw in both English and Japanese and to me it strayed from the whole 'friendship' stuff that the original had. Plus CARDGAMES ON MOTORCYCLES!!
January 1, 201313 yr GX WAS SO FREAKING BEAST loved season 3, it was so sad.... then in season 4 of gx Judai becomes beast!!! 5ds was awesome too, loved the ending of the series, the original is a classic, and Zexal ai'nt bad either!
January 1, 201313 yr Having not seen them all it's hard to say. I saw the original, a bit of GX, and roughly 2 minutes of Zexal. I try not to be nostalgia biased, but I do have great respect for the original series. I've heard that GX has a pretty good and surprisingly dark plot later on though. I saw some of a duel in Zexal and didn't really know what was going on but then again when I first heard about card games on motorcycles I had no clue about that either. Original, since I will probably never finish/begin the others.
January 1, 201313 yr I think the original is the best. Saw some of GX and liked the main characters, and Zexal, despite being somewhat of a copy, is pretty good.
January 1, 201313 yr I LOVE the original, GX was almost right next to the original, and 5D's was good too. And the movie where Yugi, Jaden and Yusei teamed up to fight Paradox was AWESOME!
January 3, 201313 yr Duel Monsters (the Original) was the best for me. (SETO-KUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Though GX was pretty cool! (DAICHI-KUN!!!!!!!!) The english dub for 5D's killed it for me x____x I couldnt watch it without cringing. I havent seen Zexal and honestly have no desire to. Dueling in space does not seem that exciting to me, call me crazy (YOURE CRAZY!!!!).
