Imagine there was a RPG were the more you level up, the stronger the enemies /including bosses gets. Because you know that in every RPG you get stuck on a boss and need to level up more to defeat that boss. Well just imagine that the more you level up, the stronger the boss gets.

Borderlands 2, I think the enemies level with you when you are in True Vault Hunter mode.

Skyrim does that.

I think there actually are RPGs that are like this, though I haven't played any of them myself.  That'd be pretty frustrating though;  a boss that always stayed difficult.  Dang...

There are few RPG that actually do that, and is to force you to use strategy instead of brutal force. Those are my favorites.

I know Skyrim, Borderlands, and Dark Cloud does that. I actually like that, I love difficult games!

In Dead Island, you can choose that do you want enemies to have random level or are they on same level as you. It's basically better choice to take enemies that are on same level as you for the fact that leveling up is much faster.

Fallout 3

(Just adding to this list)

Also, why is this in random?

The Mass Effect series does this too, I believe.
