There is a mass, mass rumer that Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep is coming out on June 1 2010 for the Sony psp. I was looking up information online, and apartnely Sony was asked about the situation, Sony realesed this statement.

"We do not intend to realese any information about this game until the fall of 2010."

Does this mean that Kingdom Hearts Birth by sleep may be pushed back until fall 2010? Square enix did not realese a response to Sony's claim. But told Game Informer that it will be coming out in the Summer of 2010. Please tell me what you think.

Everytime you make a thread, it has something to do with rumors and theories, and honestly, it's getting tiring. There's really no point of posting rumors. When the game comes out, it comes out.

 

Sony is awesome when it comes to months. If SE tells GameInformer about the release date and say around June-August, then Sony shouldn't even be saying when to release information. That's mostly SE's job, not Sony. Don't listen to Sony, and just listen to SE.

 

And why the bloody hell would they push BBS even more. If we did the equation from when the Japanese release of 358/2 Days with the English, it was techincally 4, almost 5 months. The Japanese release came out on May 30th or May 31st, not excatly sure, and the American release was September 29th. They can't be working on the game for that long when it's just about done. So using this equation for working on Birth By Sleep, and tuning it up, it should be around June, maybe into July.

 

You really just need to listen to SE and not anyone else, because I know for sure that Sony is wrong about a fall release and they are just a bunch of idiots that just blurt things out.

everyone should stop complaining about when it comes out. let squeenix take their time on a masterpiece so we can enjoy a complete game without any bugs or glitches

well since they are adding new cutscenes and stuff or whatever of coarse its going to take a little longer plus if they started rushing through games they might not be that good but hopefully it is a rumor

I really don't give when the game comes out, since I won't be able to play it anyways T_T the first rumor of KH BBS's release date I heard was March 15th. And I belive we might have seen a few commercials already here in the U.S if that were to happen. I'm guessing the summertime would be correct with the equation of each added american cutscene and the voices, the an imation, the last minute details etc. And thats all I have to say about that.

Ugh! I was hoping for some definite information this time around! The lack of info lately has been driving me crazy! >.<

 

I doubt that it's going to take that long. The bulk of the work has been done already, so there isn't much left to do besides working on the translations, voice acting, and extras.

 

And as everyone says, Sony doesn't know. They aren't the ones making the game. And please, no more rumors. Please give us something that is certain. -_-

If it ends up 100% confirmed that it will take that long for BBS to be released here, I'll need to go to the emergency room, because I will have facepalmed so hard that my hand will be implanted into my face.

Yes, this did happen, but Nintendo never made a statement about its release date. It was all Square Enix. Because they made the game, so they are the only ones who knew when it would come out.

If any information is about Kingdom Hearts, the only truly reliable source is Square Enix.

I admit, that is too long, i mean, Heartgold and Soul silver from the Pokemon Series hit japan 2 months ago, and its shipping to american Shelves Tonight!

I saw a video recently about birth by sleep's release date. It was this guy who had I guess a recent game informer mag (I don't read them, because we have internet lol) and he opens it and sees aqua on the first page. He turns to page 60 and The date said I guess June or July 1st it comes out. Not the best quality video so I couldn't see but he read it. So I am going with that date. I have to because I am starting to lose interest. But ff13 and heartgold would keep me company for a while.

I dont really care any more because i finally cracked and spoiled the game because it would be a waste of money to buy a PSP just for this one mega awesome game.

Yeah I here you on that. But I got the psp by mistake two years ago (I think). A Christmas present from my elder. Later on I found out about birth by sleep being on the psp. Of course I was thrilled but knew it would take a long time. But since then alot of good games came out for the psp like gta, ff dissida, ff crisis core, etc. So their are other games that are good for the psp even though I only wanted for BBS but the system is worth getting. Just to let you know.
