like we know that Aqua created it to conceal Ven, but like how come no one's found Ven? the Org has been in there, Sora has gone through its 13 floors and Riku has found his way out of the basement. It's not exactly the huge maze that Eraqus said it should be. And i guess there are other things to think about too like how does Xemnas freaking know about the room to awakening. or why does axel and saix know about it?v

Saix knows about it because Xemnas knows about it. And it hasn't been found because its convenient for the plot. Perhaps a specific card is needed or perhaps only Eraqus' Keyblade will reveal it or something like that.

Because only Aqua has the proper memories to get to Ven since the rooms literally change according to those memories. 

 

Also, Xemnas knows about the room just not how to find it and therefore Saix and Axel did. Axel was even sent to find it but failed.

but was axel sent to find it on Xemnas' orders or Saix;s? cuz wasnt Saix trying to take over the Organization? or was he just trying to rise the ranks?

Well, for Sora and Riku did go through the castle, but not all of it. Neither of them find where Namine was being held or where the Basement crowd hung out. So there are rooms unaccount for in their movements.

As for Xemnas knowing about the Room of Awakening, I think it is linked to him talking to Aqua's armor and a voice answering. The voice might be Aqua, but it doesn't perfectly fit with the glimpses we have seen of Aqua's time in The Realm of Darkness.

shit thats probably true. it'd make sense that Xemnas would decide to travel across time when goin into the room of sleep, but why would Even act as if he did this often? in a scene in kh2fm he says something along the lines of "we need him right now and he goes to sleep" 

It hasn't been said thats what the voice is specifically....but it's an interesting theory.

I'm going to take a guess at how Xemnas came to learn of Ven being in the Castle in the first place. (I wouldn't be surprised if this theory was something I read somewhere but forgot about it.)

 

So we all know that Mr. Mansex has been chatting up Aqua's armor right?  I think we'd be pretty safe in assuming that lingering spirit of Aqua's armor mentioned something about "another friend" (Ventus) and where he was (A chamber of Castle Oblivion).  That's probably how the Organization found the Castle in the first place.  Also, as to the reason why the Organization has never found Ventus, you have to remember that Castle Oblivion is basically a maze.  As Master Eraqus said it: "From that day forward, all who visit this land will be lost to oblivion, none ever able to solve the mystery.  None Aqua, except you."  Aqua is the only person who is able to get anywhere in Castle Oblivion, that's why the Organization couldn't find Ventus.

my guess is the next game will be based on finding aqua and ven and freeing terra from xehanort's cluthes.
