This is where you wish you were a doctor with a doctor's bag and A LOT of patience. A scalpel is sharp enough to cut through any kind of glass, so if you sat there long enough with a scalpel you could eventually carve it out. But if you were crazy/had a warehouse, you could always make a giant metal spike and repeditively drop it on top of it, you could bludgent it so much that it would bust. Or always just get a diamond-bit drill and continuously drill through it toll you crack it.
