No More Handhelds?

Do you think after KH3 comes out, Nomura will just concentrate on console titles for future games in the series, and no more handheld titles?

 

I think the next saga should just be consoles, maybe with Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft. Personally I would prefer the next saga be PS exclusive, but it would be good for KH to get around. Just no more handhelds.

No.  I think eventually a game will be released on the PSVita at least.  While not everyone had the handhelds (I myself don't own a Vita) Nomura likes to experiment with any console or handhelds capabilities and strengths, so I can't see that stopping after KH3, I don't think we'll jump right in KH4 so I expect some midquels to come out on unused handhelds like the Vita, and most likely by that time a new version of the Vita and DS system will be out (LITERAL 3D EXPERIENCE WHERE THE WEAPONS ACTUALLY HIT YOU IN YOUR ACTUAL FACE FROM THE CONSOLE, THE POSSIBILITIES, THE INNOVATION, THE BRUISES) I'd expect them to use.  They'd probably, after KH3, have it where (if all the expected lights are still living) go off on separate journeys, and we get a handheld game of each ones individual journey (but they'd still come across each other just, for example, Sora wouldn't get as much screen time in Aqua's individual journey game, she won't get as much in Riku's etc etc) until they all meet again near KH4.

I hope that the next saga is only on consoles, it gets spread out too much otherwise.

 

And now that KHIII is multiplatform I doubt it'll go back to being an single-platform exclusive unless their developing it for the X1 sells so badly that it loses money somehow.

Don't worry too much,Nomura will make a game on current and future consoles so yeah,He will make a game for handhelds...

I think no.

After KH3 dont know if its a good idea to jump right to KH4 or do a Handheld game foreshadowing whats coming next.

Between any numbered title its not a bad idea have a Handheld game not only for the plot sake but make the wait for the next numbered title shorter.

good thing vita and ps4 are cross sompatible for the majority of games

Actually I'd like to play Kingdom Hearts on handhelds also in the future, though of course it would be more simple and nicer to players to just do all the games on PS for example.

I hope not. I'm tired of Square Enix releasing Kingdom Hearts games on handhelds.

I think Nomura might release real spin-offs on the handhelds, but no canon games anymore.

I hope no more handhelds. Maybe a few loonng after kh3 is released, but console games are always much much better

I think Nomura will not use them for a while. That's because KH3 is next in line, so obviously he's not gonna go handheld; then, he'll probably go for a new saga, and he'll most likely start it with a console game. Eventually though, he's gonna have to use a handheld (if those are still being produced/ created) for the "side games" he's gonna make
