For the KH2FM I don't think there will be a new game+, but I believe in that game you could revisit all the worlds and do what ever you want AFTER you already beat the final boss. So it isn't a new game+, but it does let you continue after completion. Though I don't know if any other games in the HD remix bundle will have a new game + feature.

Yeah, there's probably not gonna be any. But you know, I'm not that much fan of New Game Plus. I like some bonuses like in Tales series, but when we get weapons (and cards in Re:CoM's case) it gets too easy. In fact, I don't think even Tales lets you keep the weapons.

I'm not the biggest fan of making Ultima, but I just don't like when things get too easy. Using Ultima from the beginning would spoil the fun a little.

And that's just for me. I don't how you like things... this type of thing is personal I guess

ME, I DO I DO! I loved synthesizing in the first game even though I highly dislikes the rarity of some items!
