Handhelds or consoles, which one do you prefer

Posted

Personally,I spend 95% of my gaming time on handhelds with my 3DS,DS and PSP

I only turn on my console when there is something addicting that I can replay over and over again or a multiplayer game to play with either my brothers or online

I have over 30 DS games and almost 10 or 11 3DS games with many PSP game that I've boughtdownloaded so you can guess that I prefer handhelds most of the time

depends on what i feel like playing

All of my games except for 3 are on consoles

Handhelds. I can play them whenever and where-ever I want to

Handhelds. I can be as lazy as I want without my ass falling asleep.

Handhelds, all the way. Not that I don't enjoy playing on consoles, but handhelds just suit me better.

consoles theyre way more powerful and i personally find they have better titles

Handhelds atm.  Since my console is restricted to playing on my computer monitor, I don't always find the time to play on it.  I don't like to be cramped in my room for long hours.  But my handheld I can play wherever I want.  And since I will be moving soon, I'm not going to have my console to play on, but I will bring my handhelds.

I think this will change when I have my own place though.  I have a dream entertainment center with a decent HD TV with a gaming pc and consoles hooked up to it.  Then I can comfortably play games or scour the internet in my living room.  It'll be awesome.

I love my consoles and a lot of my favourite games are on them, but I like being able to pick up my handheld and play it whereever I want, downstairs, in bed, outside, on the bus, waiting in a doctors office etc.  For me though of my handhelds I only really like to bring my 3DS round with me (it's got better graphics than my PSP, plays both 3DS and DS games and I can close it over so the screen doesn't get damaged)

I prefer home consoles over handheld.I don't know what happened, but for some reason I don't like gaming on portable consoles anymore

Consoles. As much as i like handhelds, the consoles have games with ALOT MORE content since handhelds can only hold so much.

Consoles.

I'd have to say handhelds. I find them more convenient and to sometimes have a better library than that of a console... I love consoles too, though.

It is tie for me

As much as I like playing on home consoles, I don't have that much time to sit in front of PS3 or any other console unless I am on vacation or if my brothers wouldn't play like 6 hours when I have to wait for my turn.. So yeah.. I benefit a lot from handhelds.. Only thing that bugs me is that all of handheld consoles feel little bit too small for me expect VITA (I have really big hands) so playing on DS or something is just really hard and annoying..

And since I nowadays play mostly on my laptop and I don't know whatever I should count it as handheld or not..

Consoles, but its nice to play games while im on the toilet ;D

Both... Or by a landslide, handhelds.

Handhelds always seem to suit me just cause I like to move around. Perfect for casual gaming experience
