I have too many favorites to decide! I think I like Sonic Generations and Sonic Rush Adventure the best.

Sonic Heroes my fav Sonic game I ever played.

Sonic Adventure and Adventure 2, although they haven't aged well. Like, at all.

 

Besides that, probably Advance 3. Maybe Sonic Rush.

Classic: Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (Genesis)

Modern: Sonic Adventure 2:Battle (Gamecube/PS3/XBLA)

Best:Sonic 3 and Knuckles

Most Overrated(and one of the worst games in the series too):Sonic Adventure 2

 

Best Modern Title:Sonic Advance 1

Ps2 was Sonic Heroes.

Wii is Sonic Colors.

I have other but these are the most memorable.

My favorite Sonic game is Sonic adventure 2 battle,I have so many good memories of that game.

 

As for my favorite classic game:Sonic 3 and Knuckles,this game is so big,lots of levels,very replayable,has one of my favorite video game soundtrack ever and Sonic 3&K is pretty much the reason why I'm so disappointed with Sonic 4,I was excpeting something ever bigger then 3&K and I though we'd be able to lock on all the episodes

Probably SA2B followed by STH2 & S3&K (not sure in which order for the last 2)
