Everything Wrong With The Last Airbender Movie

Aside from how horribly inaccurate it was compared to the source material, anyway.

The one most important wrong: It was made my M Night Shyamalan.

I went to see it on the teather. Waste of my money... u.u

I watched it on Netflix with my brother. We wanted to get back into Avatar after not having watched the show for a few years. I tried to convince him that we should watch the show, but he wanted to watch the movie (We were a lot younger and didn't know anything about it). I ended up falling asleep halfway in, and we both decided the movie was complete crap. xD

It bothers the crap out of me that they call him *Ong* and not *Ayng*

Yeah. I completely forgot about that, but rewatching this video brought the annoyance back. I'm surprised that they left that out of this video. I don't think they compared it to the original show, though.

Dang, were me and my cousins the only ppl that liked it?

That's likely. ._. I've never heard anything good be said about the movie, so you're the first person I've met who liked it.

-Katara and Sokka are white

-Fire Nation is indian

-Aang doesn't smile. He takes everything too seriously, therefore I can't take him seriously.

The only person in the movie who looked right was Princess Yue. She was the only good thing about the movie for me.

Funny how you say that because the person who directed the movie said he only watched a few of the episodes and not the entire series.

He seriously said that? That explains a lot then. :/

Watch the Nostalgia Critic's review of it

It perfectly sums up everything wrong with this piece of shit of a movie

Everything wrong with the Last Airbender movie... Well, EVERYTHING!

Well it's expect that a movie directed by Shyamalan has to be shitty

Aside from how horribly inaccurate it was compared to the source material, anyway.

What isn't wrong with it?

The entire movie bothers me .The anime was much better. They should have left it the way it was and probably a lot of us in the theater already watched the anime version so why even bothered watching the movie.

Hands down, the show is far better then the movie. There were some interesting tweaks to the mythos in the movie that I rather liked, but over all, the movie was a disappointment.

I always found The Airbender's story irritating and kinda boring . I don't know . Maybe it's just me .

Was thinking about this movie the other day. Guess they are not making sequels?
