So I was wondering do you think that those who have completed data from all of the three games in 1.5 we will get something special in 2.5 I don't really think so but I was just thinking they have done it in the past with Kingdom Hearts Re:CoM on the PS2 where you get the special cards from having completed data in Kingdom Hearts 2 on your memory card, I don't know what it would be but it was just something I was thinking of and wondering what you guys would think it would be if they where to do that.

Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix had the Absents and voice acting for the new cutscenes unlocked if you had a completed Re:Chain of Memories save file.

I.5 data will unlock the following:

Terra Ven and Aqua will get crowns in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix

Data Sora will wear a sombrero throughout the entire Kingdom Hearts Re:coded movie

I have seen something like that happening to other games but I am not sure about Kingdom Hearts .

for bbsfm they had "if you havr trophies for bbs they will unlock stuff for bbsfm" thing but i didn't have a jp version of bbs so i didn't know what it unlocked.

Maybe being able to play as Sora, Riku, the King, Roxas, Axel, and Xion in the Mirage Arena? Unlock boss battle with them in Mirage Arena? Or maybe Monstro will only be battleable if you complete KHFM.
