I can kinda answer those, they weren't all explained much, though. It's been a long time since I played Days, but I can try to help answer them. It's mostly all up to theory and personal opinions, though, since I believe Nomura was vague towards some of these.

 

1. I don't know that they ever explained that one.

2. There isn't a specific one, but considering what we learned in DDD (SPOILERS FOR DDD)

 

 

Nobodies grow new hearts quickly, so it's likely that that's what happened.

 

There's also a lot of speculation that he has Ventus' heart, as well.

 

3. Xemnas' goals are explained later on in KH3D as well. They're basically the same as Xehanort's. After all, they are the same person. Xehanort still had control over Xemnas, not Terra, but he did remember Aqua and Ven.

 

4. Throughout CoM and Days, Riku was trying to fight and reject his darkness, and follow the path of light like Sora. That was the point when he'd finally decided to use the darkness as a tool for good, and the Ansem thing was probably just for symbolism.

 

My answers aren't too good, and I might've screwed something up, but I hope I could help a little.

Well, I'll try my best to shed light on these questions and give you answers.  I can't answer your first question because I don't remember that part of Days very well, but here are the answers to the others though!

• Roxas cried after witnessing Xion's death because he had by then grown his own heart by the strong bond he shared with her and Axel.  That's a pretty simple explanation right there.
• And well, Xemnas is being evil because he is working for the purpose of forging the X-Blade along with Xehanort.  All the incarnations of the madman are unified in this one goal.  And well, he was basically toying with the other members, lying to them that they had no hearts.
• Well, the thing about Riku looking like Ansem is because that is the darkness within Riku.  He had kept Ansem sealed away for a long time after Re: Chain of Memories, but seeing as how he wasn't able to finish off Roxas, he had to resort to using his inner darkness, which took the form of Ansem, who had been the one who possessed him in the first Kingdom Hearts.  Riku fully embraced the darkness.

1. Immediately after that event, Riku found her. It seems to me that she absorbed some of his memories through his heart. This also could be enhanced because Riku is such a close friend to Sora. After all, he's the only one to remember Sora during the events of 358 other than the Organization themselves. Because the Organization members do not have hearts, Xion could not absorb them.

 

They do have memories, though it seems they're locked away inside their minds. That's what I take away from it, anyway.

1. When Xion found out she was a replica in Castle Oblivion, I'm assuming she also found out about Repliku. She probably wondered her connection to that replica, which is why she transformed into Riku in the cutscene. As for why the that scene was used, I figure it doesn't have much to do with memories but more of what that conversation represented: a struggle for an identity. Riku was trying discover who he truly was in that scene, as Xion was trying to do the same in her dream.

 

2. Roxas cried because, as explained in 3D, Nobodies can "grow" hearts.

 

3. Xemnas was attempting to complete the 13 darknesses, as per Xehanort's design. While it's clear Xemnas had Terra's memories as well as Xehanort's, Xehanort was the one in control of the body he and Terra shared. Making the Xehanort the powerful will for Xemnas to follow.

1. It was never properly explained but it most likely a result of Namine's memory manipulation. At the time Namine was in the process of erasing Sora from everyone's memories in order to speed up his restoration process. While those memories are erased they don't go away they are just hidden away. Perhaps upon making contact with Riku some of those memories leaked into Roxas and by extention Xion thus forcing both of them to experience the events in that scene.2. Roxas was able to cry because he had carried Ventus's heart within him for the entirety of his existence as well as managing to grow one of his own.3. Xemnas is a special nobody like Roxas being that he is the shared nobody of two keyblade wielders. He differs though in the sense that at the time of his creation both those wielders hearts were completely whole and conscious. However I believe that if person with two hearts is split into a Heartless and Nobody the foreign heart will stay with the body upon its rebirth as a nobody in order to survive.Because MX heart was actually conscious and whole as compared to Roxas and Ventus it would have a greater influence on Xemnas's personality and motives.To expand upon that myself and Flaming Lea believe this resulted in Xemnas growing his own heart derived from the identity he created under the influence of MX. This would further cement his control over Terra's body culminating in its complete control.4. I don't think it was a big deal I think people were just surprised Riku chose that form to wield the darkness when he spent so much time fight that very same form.

WELLLLLL. since everyone answered all of your questions EXCEPT for numero 1 properly, i might as well put my input in that question only. I'm lazy.

 

1. It's never been explained properly, but this is a pretty solid answer that i'm about to give you. We all know that Xion has capabilities of changing her form according to the person she sees. Xion is a replica with Sora's memories within her and she's a very unstable being, constantly changing throughout the game according to how many of Sora's memories she contains. The reason you see Roxas turning into Xion then Xion to Riku then finally to Sora was because she was going through an extremely unstable moment within her memorial infrastructure. So in a nutshell it was this: Xion was at Destiny Islands, her head hurt and she transformed and such (you've seen her do this before. On the clock tower she randomly changed her build from Xion build to Sora build). She collapsed only after experiencing some of Sora's memories and Riku's memories. Riku finds her collapsed on the ground. 

 

all that stuff in the beginning of the cutscene where you see Roxas chasing after Xion and confronting her: that wasn't real. that was only Xion's imagination. Roxas never really appeared. The only time he really did appear was that one part when Riku holds Xion in his arms and he sees Roxas RTC. Roxas was assigned a mission to Destiny Islands that day. He never came across Xion that day.

I think for#4 It is a big deal to Riku because to him Ansem SoD is an embodiment of everything wrong with the darkness, and his mistakes. Would you like to look like someone you hated?As for why, I am pretty sure it is because Ansem SoD took over Riku's body, plus what happened in chain of memories. What happened in chain of memories was Riku killing Ansem SoD's consciousness, or at least what part of his consciousness was in Riku. But fragments of him still were in Riku after that, but not his mind. So, Riku was firm on using the power of darkness for good, he probably slowly started to take Ansem's form. Because it is more powerful for channeling the darkness. And in the end he decided to do what ever it takes to retrieve Roxas. This led him to completely taking on Ansem's form.

It seems that when that relationship changes, she changes. Nomura: The figure Roxas sees is the same as what the player sees, but for example, when Xigbar and Saix see her, her figure is different. At first some people thought it was unnatural she would be wearing a hood and then not in the same scene, but I think you come to understand it as you advance through the game. People connected with a certain person see Xion as ‘Xion’. In the case of Xemnas, since he is connected to various people, he basically sees ‘Xion’, however sometimes he sees ‘him’. Who ‘he’ is, I want you to confirm it on your own. Xigbar also sees ‘him’.

Doing so included Xion in the Chain of Memories, as she now had her own connections with Sora. Namine could now affect Xion with her powers. Riku needed to get a hold of Xion for Namine, so he let her use his memories to overwhelm Xion. (At least that's what I get from combining the choices Riku had been given by Namine in CoM, and the fact that was practically a memory of an event between Zexion and Riku in CoM.2. B. Roxas was able to experience feelings from the beginning due to him holding Ven's heart inside him. However, the reason for his sadness during Xion's destruction was C. Roxas grew his own heart by the end due to his interaction with Axel and Xion. 3. What is Xemnas thinking? Why is he being evil? It's a big deal because Riku is in a internal battle with the Darkness that was given to him by Ansem SoD. Roxas anger and sadness had opened his hidden potential, which in turn made Riku the weakling in their conflict together. In order for Riku to defeat Roxas, he gave in to the Darkness and took in the consequence of permanently looking like Ansem SoD.Any help would be appreciated!

Every explanation for question 1 here is just speculation. And my answer here is speculation as well. What Roxas and the player seeing is Xion claim her own identity. Xion is composed of Sora's memories however as Nomura says those memories are interpreted differently by each individual who views them. What Roxas and the player see however is the "Xion" the identity she claimed when she began claiming Sora's memories as her own. I think what we are really seeing in the scene that the OP described is Xion absorbing Riku's memories. Us as the players see this in the form of the scene that takes place. So I agree and disagree with your points.

Xion's "true identity" is less complicated than everyone is making her out to be...she views herself as the black-haired girl that Roxas/Axel/the other main protagonists/the players see, so that'll be her form when she returns. Did none of you play 3D? Listen to Ansem the Wise's speech at the end? Yes, she kept changing form during Days, but we're meant to understand that they're, well, "transitory" (for lack of better word).

 

And the Org. didn't always have hearts; Xemnas developed their environment specifically to stunt such growth. Axel, Roxas and Xion grew hearts of their own because of their bonds of friendship (read: positive bond), but the others couldn't have gone further than a stunted bud, if at all. I like comparing the "process", as it were, to the growth of a plant; if nurtured well, it blooms, but if neglected, it wilts and eventually dies.
